Membrane Structure / Membrane Ceiling *Case Study Collection Available*

Use membrane materials for the roof and ceiling to create a bright space! Achieve a unique design while ensuring excellent earthquake resistance!

By using membrane materials on the roofs of stadiums and gymnasiums that create a light and bright large space, as well as on the ceilings of theaters and concert halls that allow for unique expressions of interior and exterior spaces, we achieve a balance between unique design and seismic resistance. **Advantages of Membrane Structures** - Lightweight and flexible, reducing the load on the structure during earthquakes - Allows for large column-free spaces and unique shapes - Does not shatter like glass - Easily captures light, reducing lighting costs - Surface is resistant to dirt and easy to maintain **Advantages of Membrane Ceilings** - Uses specialized fittings for membrane ceilings, achieving a lightweight ceiling component mass of 2 kg/m² or less - Easy connection with hanging materials and membrane materials, ensuring excellent constructability **Advantages of Fail-Safe Nets** - Uses specialized nets made of flame-retardant high-strength fibers for ceiling drop prevention - The tensile strength of the net is uniform and also excels in design - The thin diameter of the net minimizes impact on the design, acoustic performance, and thermal insulation of existing ceilings *Examples of completed projects are available.
