Our company designs and manufactures custom keyboards tailored to our customers' specifications. Here, we would like to introduce a case requested by a customer. 【Overview】 ■Background When creating an original POS system by combining commercially available laptops, cash drawers, displays, and thermal printers, we introduced it as an input terminal for the POS. ■Key Points of Implementation We adopted the cash register software "Nyushukka," which allows all processes to be operated via shortcuts, so we were looking for a keyboard that could easily register and use shortcuts. → The reasonable number of 30 keys and an affordable price were key points for implementation. ■Implementation Effects By introducing it as a POS keyboard, we achieved a reduction in implementation costs with the original POS system. We realized increased efficiency in cash register operations through easy shortcut operations.
