New Release: KoKo Partition (Coco Partition) Freestanding Type

On November 1, 2021, we launched the new product "KoKo Partition (Koko Partition) Standalone" from Design Arc Original. In response to the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, the demand for delivery boxes that allow for non-contact and non-face-to-face receipt of packages has increased. However, in row-house style apartment buildings, the limited entrance width can make it difficult to install individual units for each residence. Therefore, in January 2021, we released the "KoKo Partition (Koko Partition) Wall-Mounted Type," which integrates a delivery box, mailbox, and partition that allows for the exchange of packages between adjacent residences. Now, we have added the "Standalone" type to our lineup, which does not require wall mounting. The "Standalone" can be installed simply by securing it to the floor in front of the entrance, enhancing layout flexibility at the entrance and making it suitable for a wide range of properties, regardless of whether they are new or existing.

Each household has its own delivery box, mailbox, and entrance partition, all in one unit. 【Points】 ● Flexible installation ● Patented unit configuration ● Waterproof standard IPX4 compliant delivery box * JIS standard (JIS C 0920) protection grade 4; splash-proof. This applies only to the delivery box part. The mailbox part is designed to minimize the risk of mail getting wet even if rainwater enters. 【Notes】 - For freestanding floor-mounted installations, the necessary foundation strength and specified dimensions must be ensured. Please check in advance. - For wall-mounted (conventional type) installations, fixing to the underlying structure is required. - This product is designed to be installed on the ground floor. Do not install it on the second floor or higher (there is a risk of damage due to strong winds). - The sales area is nationwide, but Hokkaido, Okinawa, remote islands, and salt damage areas are excluded.
