We would like to introduce a case study of solving customer issues. The customer was experiencing problems with the impact rollers used under the chute of a conveyor belt for transporting raw materials, as they had a short lifespan. We proposed replacing the impact rollers with our conveyor belt impact cushioning material, "Kurepacto." As a result, there were no more sudden breakage incidents of the impact rollers. Additionally, rock falls were drastically reduced, and cleaning time was shortened. By stocking two types of Kurepacto, we can accommodate all belt widths, making inventory minimal and economical.
