The units that adopt Misawa Home's unique wood panel adhesive construction method excel in strength, insulation, and airtightness, achieving a higher level of trailer house.
The trailer house "TFC MOBILE UNIT" features a robust "wood monocoque structure" constructed using the wood panel adhesive method developed by Misawa Homes. The wood panels from Misawa Homes, which are also used in the Showa Station in Antarctica, possess high thermal insulation and airtightness, and the lightweight structure allows for a high degree of design flexibility, making it an ideal body for a trailer house. It can be utilized as a store, such as an open café, or as a fever outpatient facility in hospitals. Our company is a regular member of the Japan Trailer House Association and the Japan Mobile Unit Promotion Association. ■ The unit section is a detachable trailer with vehicle inspection certification. ■ The unit dimensions are available in three standard types. ■ All units are produced in our domestic factories (*excluding the chassis).

Techno F&C is the main production factory of Misawa Homes, a pioneer in industrialized housing. The strengths of Techno F&C lie in its "production technology" and "manufacturing technology" cultivated through the industrialization of housing. All of our industrialized homes are custom-made for each residence. With approximately 150,000 variations of structural components, the combinations of about 700 components per home are virtually limitless. All of these components are produced on a made-to-order basis rather than in lots. We optimize the production sequence considering the assembly order at the construction site and transportation loading efficiency, and to further level the production process load, we mix the production of two or three homes together. This complex production process is achieved with a lead time of as short as three days from order receipt to information processing, production, inspection, and shipping. Based on this ultimate industrialization technology, we continue to grow in new fields such as furniture, building materials, and large panels for traditional framing methods. Our company is a regular member of the Japan Trailer House Association and the Japan Mobile Unit Promotion Association.
