A movable rubber bearing device with high structural performance and compact design that generates a reduction in support costs.
"HiPS" is a movable rubber bearing device composed of upper and lower steel plates that are processed into a concave shape, with rubber sandwiched in between. The rubber contains a donut-shaped internal steel plate (ring plate) embedded in its center. Additionally, a PTFE sliding surface is vulcanized and bonded to the upper part of the upper steel plate. When a compressive load (vertical force) is applied, the upper and lower steel plates and the ring plate constrain the deformation of the rubber, resulting in a structure that provides a large supporting force. 【Features】 ■ High structural performance that reduces bearing costs ■ Compact design ■ Structure that provides a large supporting force *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
