The Air Cushion Maker 3rd (ACM03) is a lightweight and compact cushioning material manufacturing machine that operates on a 100V AC power supply. It allows you to create air cushioning materials on-site, as needed, and in the required quantities during packaging. It is capable of producing various sizes of pillows (cushion shapes) and bubble-shaped cushioning materials. The bubble shape can create cushioning materials up to 800mm wide, increasing the applications that can protect not only the bottom of boxes but also the sides and top. With an affordable price point, it can be installed one unit per worker, allowing for risk hedging in case of machine malfunctions. The production speed can reach up to 9m/min. It will notify you with a buzzer sound when the film is used up. The air volume and speed can be adjusted with a controller. *Demo units are available. Please feel free to contact us.
