Measuring whether it operates according to the program in three dimensions! This leads to improved reliability of the production line.
We would like to introduce a case study of utilizing our large structure 3D measuring machine (laser tracker) from the 'SpaceTrac series' in robotics. This product allows for trajectory measurement by attaching an SMR (reflector) to the tip of the robot's arm, enabling the arm's movements to be quantified in three dimensions along the X, Y, and Z axes. By using the optional active target, it can also follow and measure complex movements. By confirming whether the robot is operating according to the program, it contributes to ensuring the robot's accuracy and improving the reliability of the production line. 【Features】 ■ High precision: SMR (reflector) that does not break even if dropped ■ Ultra-compact: Portable size that can be held in one hand ■ Mobility: Achieves a wide measurement range of 640° horizontally and 138° vertically ■ Three-dimensional quantification: Enables trajectory measurement and operation verification ■ Improvement of work efficiency: Suitable for measuring and positioning large structures *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
