Extend the life of your roof! Prevent roof condensation! Integrated breathable waterproof underlayment.
1) Condensation prevention: The moisture from the roof sheathing and attic is expelled through the breathable waterproof sheet into the ventilation layer, preventing it from accumulating on the ground. By discharging moisture and preventing accumulation, it keeps the roof sheathing and attic dry, preventing decay and deterioration. It also prevents rust on the underside of the metal roofing material. 2) Insulation effect: Metal roofs become hot due to solar heat and cool down through radiative cooling. The air gap sheet creates an insulation layer in the ventilation space beneath the roofing material, preventing heat transfer to the attic. Since the roofing material does not directly touch the roof sheathing, it creates a roof structure that is cool in summer and warm in winter.
