The "Shikkarito Modifier" is designed to penetrate deeper into the concrete than water due to its smaller size than water molecules and the effect of penetration aids that reduce surface tension. It contains lithium nitrite, which is expected to enhance the durability and waterproofing function of concrete while also providing anti-corrosion effects for rebar.
