2.5-Dimensional Automatic Measurement Device Model: SmartEdge GS2-HLS150120MH (Work Size: 1,500×1,200mm) In addition to 2D measurement of flat workpieces like films, it can easily measure the thickness and height of the workpieces. Measurements can be taken anywhere on the workpiece, allowing for measurement of areas that cannot be measured with a micro gauge, beyond just the periphery of the workpiece. By combining with four-directional lighting, it is also possible to measure the height and dimensions of the cutting edge of a die. 【Features: Height measurement function is standard equipment!】 ● In addition to standard 2D measurements, it can measure the height of the workpiece in microns. ● It can measure areas that cannot be measured with a micro gauge (not only near the edge of the workpiece but also in the center). ● Usable for various types of products such as dies (Thomson blades), resin molded products, and metal processed products. ● The low-contact pressure sensor does not damage the workpiece.

By individually adjusting the brightness and turning ON/OFF the four lights from the front, back, left, and right, the tip of the cutting tool can be captured clearly and distinctly. The distance between the blades of different blade types can be measured with high precision. 【Height Measurement Function】 Move to the point where height measurement is desired while viewing the camera image, and once you arrive at the destination, lower the measuring probe to take the measurement. Using a contact probe with ultra-low pressure that is gentle on the workpiece, measurements can be taken in microns.
