To address this, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism has developed water level gauges that focus on water level observation only during floods, reducing the size of the equipment and the costs of communication devices. At the Midori Engineering Research Institute, we propose a system that allows simultaneous viewing of water levels and still images by incorporating a camera, along with obtaining rainfall data, making it suitable for monitoring water-related disasters.
