Design support software for the end and intermediate supports of cast-in-place concrete bridges. Significant efficiency improvements for the cumbersome design of cross beams are possible!
"PCBOX-CrossG" is software that supports the analysis and design of sectional forces on the end and intermediate supports of concrete bridges. It assists in the analysis and design of sectional forces on the end and intermediate supports of cast-in-place concrete bridges. By automatically creating calculation models specified in the Concrete Road Bridge Design Guidelines for analysis and design, it allows for the creation of compact design report-style documents with simple input and operation, significantly improving the efficiency of the often cumbersome design of concrete bridge girders. 【Features】 ■ Significant efficiency improvement with simple input and operation ■ Supports various girder shapes for cast-in-place concrete bridges ■ Complies with calculation models specified in the "Concrete Road Bridge Design Guidelines" ■ Creates compact calculation report-style documents *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. basic information
【Other Features】 - Supports box girder, multi-web girder, and hollow slab girder as the main girder cross-section shapes. - The structure of the cross girder can accommodate PC structure, PRC structure (only in Design Guidelines Volume 2), and RC structure (with or without slab transverse reinforcement). - For end support cross girders, it is possible to consider concrete poured below the girder and missing parts of the expansion device. - Inspection holes can be considered in box girders (excluding self-weight, considering rigidity). - Circular haunches can be considered in hollow slabs (only self-weight). - Live loads within the effective width can be analyzed using influence line analysis (L load) and continuous load analysis (T load), automatically considering the most severe loading conditions. - For loading methods outside the effective width, design can be freely combined from three models (actual support point - concentrated load, actual support point - distributed load, web support point - 45-degree range distributed load). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
