The tube-type pump commonly used for detergent supply in commercial dishwashers gradually reduces the supply amount as the tube hardens, leading to a decrease in cleaning power. This creates a problem where regular maintenance visits are required to replace the tube. By utilizing the technology of electromagnetic pumps that our company has supplied for oil heating systems over many years, and using parts resistant to strong alkalis based on various past experiences, we developed a maintenance-free pump that stabilizes the supply amount and eliminates the need for part replacements. Due to the absence of replacement parts, maintenance visits for part replacements are unnecessary, which has led to improvements in cleaning quality and reductions in maintenance costs. Currently, it is being used by multiple manufacturers and stores.
