【Production Equipment】 ◎ Punching and Bending Equipped with a rotary shear line with a width of 1100mm, NC turret punch, HDS brake press, and automatic bending equipment, we are capable of producing high-quality products. ◎ Welding We have a variety of welding machines, including a 32-point multi-spot welder and dedicated spot welding machines for large box assemblies. ◎ Painting We have established a trolley conveyor-type painting line with a total length of 280m. It has a painting capacity of 100 units per hour even for large boxes, and we can perform phosphoric acid film pretreatment and high-quality baked painting.
