We would like to introduce a case where we solved the problems faced by packing manufacturers and sterilization device manufacturers. 【Problems】 Silicone packing sticks to the opposing side and gets damaged. The silicone itself is very difficult to treat on the surface, making it hard to adhere. Additionally, unlike coatings on metals, packing materials stretch, so if the paint has poor followability, it often results in cracking or peeling. 【Effects】 We proposed our silicone-based fluororesin coating (our product number: KP-421-1) to the customer. This coating adheres well to silicone materials and forms a flexible and highly adhesive film, especially to rubber.
