Wireless particle counter for measuring suspended particles with analog output / Model number M1398PT-AGM
The air particle monitor adopts a light scattering method and can monitor the number and mass concentration of suspended fine particles (0.3μm and above) such as dust and aerosols in the installed space in real-time. It is equipped with features to monitor labor environments such as dusty spaces and clean rooms, providing analog output (DC 4-20mA) and contact output (DC 30V 2mA, AC 250V 2A), which can enhance energy-saving effects in conjunction with ventilation systems and contribute to reducing the risk of equipment failure due to dust intrusion into panels. Furthermore, with the built-in WiFi function, it is possible to monitor values in real-time from remote locations by linking with a handheld smartphone or computer. ■Features ● Detects particles from 0.3 microns ● 4-20mA current output and contact output (1c) ● Auto calibration ● Current dust concentration can be viewed on PC or mobile ● Mass concentration: 35-1000μg/m3 (purity equivalent value: 10,000 particles/cf)

basic information
■Main Product Application Examples Improving manufacturing line quality for food, glass, optical devices, precision parts, film sheets, etc. By monitoring and visualizing various airborne dust particles in manufacturing line factory environments, such as those found in food, film, and precision equipment, quality improvements in the manufacturing line can be expected. ■Exhaust Management (Control) in Underground and Multi-story Parking Lots By monitoring fine particles (exhaust gases) in enclosed spaces like underground and multi-story parking lots that require ventilation, and linking them with ventilation systems, ventilation efficiency can be improved, leading to energy-saving effects. There are also methods of linking dust concentration with ventilation systems in crowded spaces, such as within commercial facilities. ■Cleanliness Management in Electrical Rooms and Data Server Rooms In spaces that use precision equipment, such as server rooms and electrical control rooms, "dust and dirt" can cause shorts and fires, leading to damage to important equipment and data. By monitoring indoor dust concentration, optimal cleaning timing can be notified. ■Air Conditioning Monitoring and Control in Clean Rooms In work environments that require space management, such as clean rooms, monitoring of PM2.5 and health hazards caused by dust leakage is possible, including the aim of protecting the working environment for people.
