Possesses long-term corrosion protection technology proven by over 30 years of continuous outdoor exposure testing!
"Powder coating" contains no VOCs (volatile organic compounds) as it is made from solid fine powders, and it is excellent in terms of being non-polluting, resource-saving, and labor-saving, with no concerns about air pollution. In particular, "saturated polyester resin powder coating" has outstanding characteristics, making it suitable for use in fields such as civil engineering, roads, telecommunications, and ports, where long-term corrosion resistance is required in harsh environments like coastal areas prone to salt damage and acidic regions near volcanoes and hot springs, from the perspective of life cycle costs and environmental measures. Our company can process items of all sizes, from a single screw to large structures, with a maximum processing dimension of 4.4W × 4.15H × 14.8L. [Features] ■ Low pollution ■ Resource-saving ■ High quality *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Our company takes pride in its rich experience and achievements in heat treatment, with significant features such as the ability to handle ultra-large welded structures weighing over 50 tons, and the capability to perform a consistent process from heat treatment to blasting and anti-corrosion painting, showcasing our advanced and sophisticated technology. We maximize these characteristics and leverage all our expertise in handling heat to develop a new surface treatment method called special powder coating (resin coating). We are actively working to make this a central part of our business alongside the development of new fields.
