Lightweight design possible! A heat exchanger that excels in cost-effectiveness.
Our company handles "plate-type heat exchangers (gas-gas)" which are formed by shaping and welding two metal plates into one set, and then combining several sets into a unified structure. These metal plates serve as elements that utilize exhaust gases and other gases to heat air or other gases through convective heat transfer. Additionally, when both fluids being exchanged are gases, the design can be made significantly more compact compared to multi-tube types, allowing for weight reduction and resulting in a heat exchanger that is also economically advantageous. 【Features】 ■ Since the elements are combinations of flat plates, it is possible to maintain low pressure loss. ■ In harsh environments such as waste incineration plants and industrial waste treatment facilities, dust adhesion is minimal, and by optionally installing dust removal devices, clogging of the element flow paths can be resolved. ■ If the elements are damaged due to corrosion or other factors, it is possible to replace them one block at a time. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Our company is a heat exchanger manufacturer that was established on March 16, 2018. We carefully select and propose heat exchanger models that match the processes used, and by performing heat transfer calculations meticulously, we downsize the heat exchangers. This helps to reduce the initial costs when installing equipment and, through optimization, provides a "just right" heat transfer area, stabilizing the operation of the entire process and preventing troubles before they occur. Please feel free to contact us if you have any requests.
