We handle the pasteurizer 'EVOPASTO series' with a stirring motor located underneath the tank. Since the tank components consist only of the stirring beater, cleaning is easy. It powerfully mixes raw materials to produce a homogeneous mix without inconsistencies. Additionally, the EVOPASTO180 can be equipped with an inverter as an option, allowing the rotation speed of the blades to be adjusted between 150 RPM and 300 RPM. 【Features】 ■ Two types of sterilization temperature programs (low-temperature sterilization at 68°C for 30 minutes / high-temperature sterilization at 85°C) and cooling aging temperature can be freely changed. ■ The automatic heating system uses a special heat transfer liquid (tempering liquid) to heat efficiently without burning the mix. ■ After removing the mix, the remaining mix inside the outlet can be thoroughly washed away by pressing the cleaning button while keeping the outlet lever closed. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
