Additionally, with the recent labor shortage becoming a social issue, we have quickly launched the "Craftsman Project," aiming to design the future of the interior industry and train 100 craftsmen over the next ten years. Moving forward, we will strengthen the synergy (hybrid strength) between the Specialized Construction Division and the Commercial Environment Division, with a focus on increasing technical skills and construction capabilities, while also considering the entry of women into the interior construction field, and we will strive to improve construction quality and pursue customer satisfaction.
