Dynamic image analysis is optimal as an alternative to sieving. The data consistency with sieving is high, allowing for high-precision measurements that prevent sampling errors in the measurement of large quantities of particles.
The "CAMSIZER X2" is a powerful and versatile particle characterization device that combines new camera technology with flexible sample dispersion options. Based on the principle of dynamic image analysis (ISO 13322-2), it accurately determines particle size and shape for powders, granules, and suspensions over a wide measurement range of 0.8μm to 8mm.
