To prevent the surface of the molded product from becoming rough, we adjust the particle size distribution and cut fine particles to avoid hindering gas escape. The results are measured using dynamic image analysis with two cameras.
The "CAMSIZER X2" is a powerful and versatile particle characterization device that combines new camera technology with flexible sample dispersion options. Based on the principle of dynamic image analysis (ISO 13322-2), it accurately determines particle size and shape for powders, granules, and suspensions over a wide measurement range of 0.8μm to 8mm.
