We would like to introduce the water-based defoamer "Form Out" handled by the Nippon Research Institute of Chemical Technology. In offset printing, the excessive generation of air bubbles in the dampening water can lead to various troubles. If the air bubbles generated in the circulation tank are sent to the water fountain, it can reproduce bubble patterns on the solid areas and screens of the printed material. Additionally, if the bubbles overflow from the circulation tank, they can wet the electrical components of the equipment, potentially causing electrical leakage accidents.
