Non-contact visitation system that can be easily connected with the push of a button using the simple video conferencing tool LoopGate.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, in order to avoid the risk of infection, medical institutions and nursing facilities have adopted a policy of not allowing visits with hospitalized patients or residents as much as possible. While some facilities have installed acrylic panels or have made renovations for visitations, in most facilities, even family members are unable to see their loved ones' faces during visits. Many medical institutions and nursing care providers have expressed a desire to utilize video conferencing systems for visitation purposes, and Ginga System has started providing a "contactless visitation system" to strengthen support systems.
