At Takayama City Hall, due to various circumstances such as network configuration and close collaboration among multiple departments, there are many labor-intensive tasks, and we wanted to improve efficiency by utilizing RPA and other tools. Additionally, RPA that can only be handled by specific individuals is not suitable for city operations, making it important for the operation method to be "easy to explain to people." Therefore, we introduced our RPA tool "EzAvater." After the introduction, the burden and human errors were reduced, and automation allowed us to spend more time on other creative tasks.
