We will introduce case studies of heat insulation for various types of jobs, including factories, buildings, and equipment in companies, focusing on "heat countermeasures," "improvement of working environments," and "heat stroke prevention."
The high-performance heat insulation material "Top Heat Barrier" is a thin aluminum sheet starting from 0.1mm that reflects 98% of radiant heat, which accounts for 75% of the causes of heat due to its high reflectivity. Utilizing this characteristic, we have obtained patents and established construction methods, and we would like to introduce one example. It can be applied in various places such as roofs, walls, floors, equipment, tents, and more. If you are facing issues with heat prevention, cold prevention, heatstroke prevention, improving work environments, or energy saving, please feel free to contact us. *Most of the direct application patents belong to Japan Heat Insulation.

Company information
Nihon Shanen Co., Ltd. develops, manufactures, sells, and installs the heat insulation material "Top Heat Barrier," and as of May 2022, holds 27 patents and utility models related to heat insulation materials and construction methods. Most of the direct application of heat insulation materials and high reflectivity is patented by our company, earning us immense trust as a manufacturer of heat insulation materials that can be safely used by companies that prioritize compliance. The colored heat insulation materials for outdoor use are exclusively patented by us. The heat insulation material "Top Heat Barrier" is an excellent product that can reduce the surface temperature to 28°C simply by directly applying a thin aluminum sheet of 0.1 mm to a kettle at 95°C. Utilizing this characteristic, it addresses heat and cold measures, heat stroke prevention, improves working environments, and achieves significant energy savings. Heat insulation materials that can be applied on roofs, under roofs, on walls, on floors, on tents, on glass, in doghouses, in livestock barns, on equipment, and in various other locations provide surprising proposals that break existing concepts for both companies and individuals. We are a company that aims for true zero energy by effectively utilizing natural energy without using electricity, seriously considering measures against global warming, and constantly challenging ourselves with new initiatives.
