This is an air nozzle type ionizer designed for work with high static charge. It uses titanium for the discharge needle, ensuring a long lifespan.
The High Power Nozzle HPN-1 is an electrostatic removal device designed to ionize compressed air supplied from a compressor using discharge electrodes within the nozzle, and to apply it at high speed to charged objects for dust removal and static elimination. The discharge electrodes are made of titanium, which has low wear, allowing for stable performance over a long period. The core insulation material of the high-voltage cable is made of durable silicone cable. It features a shielded structure that also considers EMC. Up to 20 nozzles can be connected at maximum during connection. (The high-voltage cable for connecting nozzles is not of a shielded type.) The high-voltage power supply unit GP-1 allows for easy adjustment of ion balance with volume control, tailored to the usage environment and conditions.
