We would like to introduce the voice of Tobu Energy Management, who implemented the FF mirror corridor. ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… Within our facility, there is a heat supply plant that produces chilled and hot water to fully support the air conditioning for the Tokyo Skytree area. The L-shaped intersection leading to this plant sees personnel transporting equipment and carts, and we were concerned that a collision might occur someday. Therefore, we installed mirrors. After installation, it became possible to see people coming from blind spots on both sides of the intersection, allowing for safer passage. Additionally, we installed mirrors in areas within the plant where pedestrians could be in blind spots. The installation method for these mirrors is simply "stick and go," making it easy to implement and allowing for immediate confirmation of effectiveness, which is great.
