Electric Climber Type Roller Screen Installation Case | Sumitomo Realty & Development Ochanomizu Building
A special roll screen that rises from the bottom to the top. With a climber-type design, it ensures safe maintenance when installed at high locations.
We would like to introduce a case study of the "FTS Electric Climber-Type Roller Screen" that we handle. [Features of SHY's FTS Electric Climber-Type Roller Screen] By adopting the climber type, the main body of the roller screen can be installed at the bottom. This not only allows for safe and easy maintenance but also reduces the hassle and cost of setting up scaffolding! [Introducing the Construction Achievements] ■ Project Name: Sumitomo Realty & Development Ochanomizu Building ■ Number of Units: 9 units (W1m × H6.7m) ■ Key Points During Installation: The installation area faces south, making it difficult to reduce glare... Therefore, roller screens were adopted. We were able to accommodate windows over 7 meters high and provide added value by eliminating the need for scaffolding during maintenance. A roller screen that does not limit window frames and enhances the facility's concept. From large to special shapes, trust us with all your roller screen needs. *Product information can be viewed from the "PDF materials."
