A "Polar Magnetic Water Treatment Device PI-40CF (connection diameter 40A)" has been installed in the S.T Shin-Koiwa Mansion's underground water tank of 24m3 using an independent circulation method. This was introduced as a longevity measure to suppress the deterioration of the water supply pipes and prevent scale.
