Introduction of a methane fermentation treatment system that can significantly reduce sludge disposal costs.
We would like to introduce our "Methane Fermentation Reactor System." At the bottom of the methane fermentation tank, hydrolytic bacteria, acid-producing bacteria, and methane-producing bacteria gather, forming a high-density state of granular sludge known as "granules." This allows for high-load operation by evenly passing organic wastewater in contact with the bacteria. Unlike aerobic treatment, organic matter is removed by 85% to 92% in an anaerobic state without oxygen, during which biogas (methane and carbon dioxide) is generated. This biogas has the potential to be used for energy recovery. Unlike aerobic treatment, the growth rate of sludge is very slow, contributing to a significant reduction in sludge disposal costs. 【Features】 ■ The growth rate of sludge is very slow compared to aerobic treatment. ■ Contributes to a significant reduction in sludge disposal costs. ■ Reduction in running costs. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
