We will introduce a case of installation on a submerged pump that had stopped due to calcium scale.

We would like to introduce a technical case study of the electromagnetic water treatment device "Hydroflow." The water from the spring pit located 15 meters underground at the power plant is supplied through pipes A and B, but it is extremely hard water. The submersible pump for drainage stops due to calcium scaling in about three months, requiring the replacement of the pump each time, which incurs significant costs and time, causing difficulties. Therefore, we installed the Hydroflow model S100 on the water lift pipe. The effective range of this device is approximately 5,000 meters before and after the installation location. This device is a semiconductor product that requires no installation costs or maintenance, and it has been operating smoothly for two years since installation.
