Workload reduced by half compared to file server operations! Document management case study at a subsidiary with manual organization.
At the manual maintenance subsidiary of a vending machine manufacturing company, the same modification work was required for several models regarding the common sections/similar products of the product manuals. Therefore, we introduced our drawing and document management system 'D-QUICK7'. The requirements for the system included the sharing of the same page files and the ability to search and view manual data. After implementation, by utilizing the linking function, we achieved a reduction in workload by half compared to operating a file server.
