51% paper blend! A paper compound that offers unique texture and performance compared to general-purpose resins.
"MAPKA" is a molding material containing paper powder that can be molded similarly to plastic materials using conventional plastic molding technology. By containing 51% paper filler, it is less prone to "shrinkage," making it suitable for use in one-way products and containers/packaging products that are consumed in large quantities. [Features] ■ Low shrinkage rate after molding, comparable to ABS resin, making it suitable for precision parts ■ Improved rigidity (elastic modulus) due to the fiber reinforcement effect of cellulose fibers ■ Enhanced heat resistance (the inclusion of paper fibers reduces thermal conductivity) ■ Improved sound damping (motor noise and vibration dissipate faster than in plastic products) ■ Low tendency for static electricity (the amount of charge is extremely minimal compared to plastic products) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Since our establishment in 1962, we have been involved in the manufacturing of molds and the assembly of resin products, including housings for cassette players and portable music players, automotive parts, and industrial components. We also widely accommodate special super engineering plastics such as PPS with 40% glass and fluororesins, and we provide proposals regarding the technical requirements demanded by the precision and beauty of the finished products, as well as highly efficient production methods.
