【Overview of the Manufacturing Process】 ■ Cutting - Cutting of the upper leather ■ Assembling the Upper - Trimming the edges of the upper leather / Gathering the rear part of the waist leather / Sewing the gathered waist / Installing eyelets / Tying temporary laces ■ Lasting - Inserting the toe cap / Temporary fixing / Temporary lasting of the toe / Inserting a steel toe cap / Permanent lasting of the toe / Lasting the side heel / Raising the surface of the upper leather ■ Attaching the Sole <V Method> - After lasting the upper around the midsole, it is mounted on a vulcanizing press, uncured rubber is inserted, and the sole is vulcanized and pressed while being heated and shaped. <C Method> - After lasting the upper around the midsole, adhesive is applied around the upper and the outer sole, and the sole is attached using a pressing machine. <D Method> - After lasting the upper around the midsole, it is mounted on a molding machine, raw materials are injected or poured into the mold to shape the sole. ■ Finishing *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
