Addressing substances that cause corrosion of internal steel in concrete and suppressing water intrusion using three types of methods according to the situation and purpose.
This is a method for repairing cracks aimed at suppressing the intrusion of carbon dioxide, chloride ions, water, and other factors that cause corrosion and deterioration of steel materials within concrete, as well as restoring the integrity of cracked concrete. There are three types: crack covering method, crack injection method, and crack filling method, which are applied according to the occurrence conditions such as crack width and the purpose of repair. 【Applications】 ● Cracked areas on the surface of concrete structures.

【Features】 1. Crack Sealing Method This method seals the surface of cracks when the width of the cracks on the concrete surface is generally less than 0.2mm or when the inside of the cracks is blocked by free lime or similar materials. If the crack width does not change, a putty-like epoxy resin is used; if it does change, a flexible epoxy resin is used. 2. Crack Injection Method This method uses specialized equipment that employs rubber resilience or springs to inject epoxy resin-based or cement-based injection materials at low pressure and low speed into the cracks. An automatic low-pressure injection device that makes it easy to manage the injection amount is used. 3. Crack Filling Method This method is applicable to relatively larger cracks with a width of 0.5mm or more. The concrete is cut along the crack in a U-shape or similar, and elastic sealing materials or flexible epoxy resins are filled in.

Company information
Since its establishment, our company has played a role in national construction, primarily focusing on the "ground improvement field" with our unique grouting method.
