Understand the trends of equipment and machinery failures, allowing for the formulation of work plans and maintenance before failures occur!
FLiPS is a calendar-based equipment management system. It visualizes inspection and production schedules and actual results, along with associated costs, allowing for integrated management of plans and records as events on a timeline. We particularly recommend it to customers facing the following issues: - I want to know the trends of equipment failures... - I want to conduct budget simulations... - I want to centralize maintenance information and reduce data entry and management costs... - I want to reduce training costs when implementing a system... - The current system is complicated to operate and has many features that make it difficult to use... Additionally, it can be linked with electronic form systems compatible with tablet devices (such as i-Reporter), enabling the paperless management of on-site work records and reducing data transcription tasks to FLiPS.

basic information
FLiPS can be tried out with a demo version available on our website. Please test its usability and functionality. FLiPS has the following features: ■ Simple Usability - Intuitive operation similar to Excel - Data management possible with minimal screen transitions - Hierarchical management of events - Multiple hierarchy settings possible (can be managed from various perspectives) - Simple hierarchical management (easy to set and switch) - Simple data structure - Zoom in and out of the timeline - Management of event statuses - Recording of event details and attachment of related files ■ Simple Data Structure FLiPS adopts a "hierarchical structure creation by aggregation method." This method allows for a simple data structure, enabling quick implementation. The advantages of this method are as follows: - Hierarchical representation is flexible as it does not rely on a fixed hierarchical structure. - Initial data input is easy, and data maintenance is also simple. - Aggregation is performed in the order specified by the user (left to the system). - The output function to Excel allows for easy adjustments due to the ability to export data and provide bulk input procedures for re-importing.

Achievements ■ Sendai City Hall Adopted FLiPS as the asset management system for sewage systems. - Utilization of risk matrix - Integration with GIS For high-risk facilities among pipelines and sewage treatment plants, construction is expedited, while the renewal period for low-risk facilities is extended, significantly reducing maintenance costs! ■ Idemitsu Kosan Co., Ltd. Used for budget application and performance management of oil storage facilities across Japan. - Utilized for equipment maintenance management of oil storage facilities operated by different contractors nationwide. The equipment is an asset of Idemitsu Kosan. - Budget applications from each oil storage facility are approved, planned, executed, and recorded at Idemitsu Kosan's headquarters in a streamlined process. - Due to security settings, data from other oil storage facilities can only be referenced. Updates can only be made to the data of one's own facility. - Outputs reports from FLiPS to the format of financial reports that have been used prior to the introduction of FLiPS. - Utilizes event detection functions to identify work omissions and delays. - The event comment detection function reduces communication via phone or email, allowing the history to be retained as a record of the equipment. ■ Others - Visualization of equipment in assembly factories - Maintenance for ticketing machines - Nuclear power plants
