Grip Lock / Thick Steel Coupling Model ZWCI (Waterproof, Non-threaded Type) ○ This is a waterproof coupling designed to connect non-threaded thick steel electrical conduits. ○ The tightening of the torque screws should be done until the heads break. ○ A protective cap (GLPA556) can be used for safety protection on the broken head of the torque screw. ○ Custom orders are accepted for versions that use hexagon screws (made of SUS) instead of torque screws. ○ The torque screws used in this product are sold individually. ○ This coupling is not compliant with JIS standards. Additionally, there are no regulations under the Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Law, so please use it for cable construction purposes. ○ The tensile strength between the conduit and the coupling is 500N for sizes #16 to #28 (classified as 3 Medium under JIS C 8461-21) and 1000N for size #36 and above (classified as 4 Heavy under JIS C 8461-21).
