Furniture that symbolizes the Bauhaus philosophy of eliminating waste, made from beautiful solid spruce wood with a stunning grain.
The "Ulm Stool" is a stool designed for students of the Ulm School of Design. In 1954, it was conceived by Max Bill, the first president of the university, and Hans Gugelot, who was Bill's assistant at the time, as a functional form intended not only as a chair but also for use as a side table, shelf, and for portability. It is made from beautiful solid spruce wood. The design is extremely simple, in a U-shape. Its placement and use depend on your imagination. It can be used as a stool, side table, or stacked shelf for a work desk, lectures, or a café terrace, and can be stacked, turned into a magazine rack, or the horizontal bar can serve as a handle when carrying. The design encapsulates multifunctional elements. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
