[Data] Evaluation of the particle size distribution (particle diameter distribution) and number concentration of microbubbles.
MICROTRAC
By setting the control pressure, we confirmed that we can efficiently generate bubbles!
This document introduces a case study evaluating the particle size distribution (particle diameter distribution) and changes in quantity through image analysis when varying the additional pressure conditions during bubble generation using a pressurized dissolution method bubble generator. Microbubbles are expected to have applications in various fields such as aquaculture, agriculture, environment, and industry, with many cases reported regarding their cleaning and purification effects. Methods for generating microbubbles include pressurized dissolution, shear method, two-phase flow swirling method, and ejector method, with differences in the generated bubble diameter and quantity arising from the control of pressure, rotational speed, mixed gases, and liquid temperature. 【Contents】 ■ Overview ■ Microbubble measurement methods ■ Tests confirming bubble diameter and generation number changes due to variations in bubble generation pressure ■ Discussion ■ Evaluation equipment *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
