The turbidity of the water when washing rice has significantly decreased, making it recommended for factories with limited height and space!
We would like to introduce a case study of an air conveying system installed at Company A in Saitama Prefecture. White rice, which comes from the color selection process, is conveyed using the air conveying device "Clean Wind." By using a route switching device (optional), Route A is directed to the second room's washing tank, while Route B is directed to the third room's raw material tank, allowing for the selection of routes based on their intended use. Skin bran and fine powder accumulate in the dust box before the blower, significantly reducing the turbidity of the water during the washing process. Additionally, the piping can be laid out flexibly, making it recommended for factories with limited height and space. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
