Construction Process 1. [Before Repair] Condition Check and Door Frame Retrieval We will visit your home to check the condition of the entrance door and frame. After detailed inquiries, we will take measurements for the production of a temporary door. 2. [Before Repair] Temporary Door Installation A "locked temporary door" will be installed during the maintenance of the door. Repair 1: Paint Stripping and Polishing At the factory, we will perform "paint stripping" on the entrance door and polish the surface. If we simply apply a new coat without polishing, not only will the finish be poor, but it will also damage the wood itself, leading to a shorter lifespan. We will carry out the work with care to ensure it lasts for many years. Repair 2: Repair (Wood Filling) After paint stripping and polishing, we will carry out repairs on the door. If hardware replacement is necessary, we will fill any unnecessary holes left from the previous door handle or lock processing. This work not only maintains aesthetics but also prevents wood decay from progressing through unnecessary holes. After completing the repairs, we will process new holes for the new hardware and finally repaint to complete the factory work. 3. Repainting the Frame and Installing the Repaired Door We will visit your home again to repaint the "frame" of the door. The frame will undergo paint stripping just like the door, and after preparing the surface, we will proceed with repainting.
