【Features】 - Capable of processing under heating and cooling conditions, maintaining the characteristics of the Ishikawa-style stirring and grinding machine. - Equipped with a double pot (jacket) for heating and insulation, allowing for uniform heating of the porcelain bowl from the outside by adding hot water while performing stirring and grinding. - Further temperature increase inside the porcelain bowl (mortar) is possible with oil heating. - By filling the double pot with cold water or supplying and circulating cold water from an external chiller, stirring and grinding can be performed while cooling the porcelain bowl from the outside (in the case of cooling, additional measures may be required depending on the usage environment to prevent condensation). - By installing a thermostat as an option, it is possible to control the on/off of the built-in heater's power for insulation. - Since processing can be done under heating conditions, drying and concentration times can be shortened. - The power supply can accommodate both single-phase 100V and three-phase 200V. 【Suitable Use Cases】 - Heating allows for simultaneous dispersion, kneading, concentration, and drying of slurries, pastes, and colloids, enabling fine grinding without solidifying the materials. - Simultaneous grinding and breaking of powder particles during heating also allows for the removal of moisture from hydrates, facilitating drying.
