The "NCU1012D" is a capacitor unit designed to detect a drop in input voltage of about 10% and initiate backup power output as a countermeasure against momentary power interruptions and outages. Thanks to analog control that prioritizes switching speed, it transitions to backup mode very quickly. Additionally, it monitors the input voltage and outputs a signal when a drop in input voltage is detected during backup.
