■Implementing Company Electronics Manufacturer ■Background In the acceptance inspection of parts, we received the scheduled delivery data for the following week on Thursday, aggregated it in Excel, and created a work plan on paper the day before. However, the paper work plan only indicated the number of deliveries, without showing how many parts were included in each delivery, and the time required for inspection varied by part.
