The "SSM-515H" is an earphone microphone manufactured by Yaesu Musen (Standard Horizon). It can be used in combination with the simultaneous communication type specific low power transceiver SRFD1 made by Yaesu Musen. It is compatible with simultaneous communication radios and features a PTT lock function that allows you to fix the transmission state. You can transmit voice hands-free without pressing a button during calls. The microphone sensitivity can be switched between three levels. By setting the sensitivity to Low, it becomes a talk-type (directional) microphone. The included earphone is detachable and replaceable. A 360-degree rotating belt clip that can be attached to your chest is included on the back of the microphone.
