The workers were manually connecting the electrical connectors of the engine test bench's pallet and testing equipment, as well as the couplings for fuel, air couplings for exhaust gas recovery, and couplings for cooling water. Since there are couplings of the same size, there was a risk of incorrect connections, leading to the introduction of an automatic multi-coupling system.
