A centrifuge suitable for sake production, which emphasizes taste and aroma, as it does not allow cloth to pass through.
This is a skimming-type centrifuge that separates the lees contained in the mash and recovers the sake. We can propose specifications tailored to processing capacity, clarity, usage, and the layout of the machine installation site. It is also possible to manufacture bottom discharge types and fully automatic operation models. The machine is easy to clean and allows for easy confirmation of cleaning, making it suitable for the production of small quantities of various types of sake.

basic information
We recommend that customers using a centrifuge for the first time conduct a filtration test to determine whether the centrifuge is the optimal processing method for their products before making a purchase. Additionally, once it has been determined that processing with the centrifuge is feasible, we conduct filtration tests with various machines in collaboration with our customers to assess the increase in processing volume and to select the appropriate discharge method. Please feel free to contact us as we can propose specifications tailored to your specific needs.
