It can be used for filtration, solid-liquid separation, classification, dewatering, and concentration, regardless of industry or location!
The "Wedge Wire Screen" is a versatile screen that features wires arranged at equal intervals in a reverse triangular cross-section shape, forming slits suitable for various applications with minimal clogging, and characterized by strength and high precision. Due to its rich variety in processability, it can be manufactured in various shapes such as flat, cylindrical, and conical. Additionally, while leveraging the characteristics of traditional wedge wire, we also offer the "Fine Wedge" screen, developed for finer processing with a wire upper edge dimension of less than 1mm and slits of less than 100μm (0.1mm). 【Features】 - Resistant to clogging and excellent drainage - High strength and durability - Screen forming is possible with wire diameters larger than the slits - The smooth surface of the screen ensures consistent wear - Stainless steel (SUS304, 316L) is the standard material - Wide range of design specifications available *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Since its founding in 1954, Toyo Screen Industry has been a screen manufacturer contributing to industrial development as an "expert in separation and classification." Always adapting to the changes of the times, we provide screens that meet our customers' needs. As part of our operational technology, we have developed and sold woven wire mesh, perforated plates, and urethane screens for the iron and crushing industries. During the period of rapid economic growth, when environmental pollution became serious, we focused on the water treatment sector, developing and selling wedge wire screens and solid-liquid separation devices as our core business. In response to the high quality demands in modern production processes across various industries, we have successfully established the technology for fine wedge filters with a world-leading minimum size of 5 microns. We are always thinking about the future that our screens and filters will help realize in daily solutions.
